The Indiana Supreme Court announced today two new appointments to the Disciplinary Commission and the reappointment of one member.

Attorneys Catherine Nestrick of Evansville and Tony Walker of Gary replaced July 1 Diana L. Bender and Robert L. Lewis, whose terms expired. Nestrick and Walker will serve five-year terms.

Indianapolis attorney R. Anthony Prather was reappointed to another five-year term. He first joined the commission in March 2004.

The Disciplinary Commission also elected new officers at its July meeting. Corinne Finnerty of North Vernon is now chairperson; Fred Austerman of Richmond is vice-chair; and Prather is secretary.

More information about the new members and the Disciplinary Commission can be found on the courts'  website.
