The Evansville Bar Association has released the results of the survey of its members regarding the retention of three Vanderburgh Superior judges running for re-election in November.

Judges David D. Kiely, Jill R. Marcrum, and Michael J. Perry received a majority of "yes" votes recommending the candidates remain on the bench. The vote totals varied for each candidate and can be viewed here. Surveys were mailed to 382 Vanderburgh County resident EBA members; 186 were returned and tallied.
