The Criminal Code Evaluation Commission will have its fifth meeting Friday. According to the meeting agenda, Rep. Ralph Foley, R-Martinsville, will give a presentation on unspecified data and Deborah Daniels will give a presentation on penalties for sex offenders.

Committee members discussed sex crimes and sex offenders at their last meeting, as well as concerns regarding sex trafficking during the 2012 Super Bowl in Indianapolis. The meeting begins at 1 p.m. in Room 431 of the Indiana Statehouse. The meeting will also be webcast live.
