Michele L. Henderson has been named as shareholder at Indianapolis firm Stewart & Irwin. Henderson’s practice includes representing physicians and insurance companies.

David Duncan, Trenton Hahn, Alex Intermill, Brian Jones, Curtis Jones, Megan Mulford, Kevin Quinn, Karen Glasser Sharp and Steve Unger have been elected partner at Bose McKinney & Evans, effective Jan. 1. Duncan is a partner in the business services and administrative law groups. Hahn is a partner in the business services group and a second vice president for Bose Public Affairs Group. Intermill is a partner in the environmental law, alcoholic beverage law and governmental services groups. Brian Jones and Curtis Jones are partners in the litigation group. Mulford is a partner in the intellectual property group and the sports, entertainment and media group. Quinn is a partner in the business service group. Glasser Sharp is a partner in the education law and labor and employment groups. Unger is a partner in the utilities and governmental services groups.

Timothy Capen, Jeffery Dack, Matthew DeLaruelle, Steven Jones, Scott Snively and Nathaniel Uhl have been named partner at Ice Miller, effective Jan. 1. Capen concentrates his practice in corporate and securities law. Dack concentrates his practice on business and commercial real estate transactions. DeLaruelle focuses his practice in all aspects of commercial real estate. Jones is a member of the construction law group. Snively’s primary areas of concentration include venture capital, private equity financing and general corporate matters. Uhl is a member of the litigation and intellectual property services group.

Stacia A. Buechler, Rodney L. Michael and Trent J. Sandifur have been elected partner in the Indianapolis office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister. Buechler practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and general corporate transactions. Michael focuses his practice primarily on complex environmental and toxic tort matters. Sandifur focuses his practice on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and international anti-corruption compliance, investigations and defense.

John F.W. Fleming, Ryan M. Hurley and Jane Dall Wilson, in the Indianapolis office of Faegre Baker Daniels, and Angela Kelver Hall, in the South Bend office, have been voted partner, effective Jan. 1. Fleming practices general commercial law with a focus on financial transactions, distressed credit and real estate. Hurley focuses his practice on litigation, including antitrust, contract disputes and bankruptcy. Dall Wilson practices business litigation, including complex contract disputes and appellate advocacy. Kelver Hall focuses her practice in business litigation, counseling clients in the resolution of court matters and arbitration proceedings.

Douglas Brown has been named managing principal of Bose Public Affairs Group. Brown is also a partner with Bose McKinney & Evans.

Matthew R. King, Anthony W. Overholt and Amy S. Wilson have been appointed members of Frost Brown Todd. King concentrates his practice in product liability litigation. Overholt has extensive experience representing schools and other municipalities. Wilson concentrates her practice in employment litigation and general business counseling.

Robert F. Inselberg has been elected partner at Wooden & McLaughlin.

Mary E. Solada has been named managing partner for the Indianapolis office of Bingham Greenebaum Doll.

Chad M. Smith is now a partner at Waters Tyler Hofmann & Scott in New Albany.

New Associations
Lawren Mills has joined Ice Miller as of counsel. Mills previously served as the senior policy director and legislative director at the office of Gov. Mitch Daniels.

Sen. Mike Delph, R-Carmel, has joined Bloomington company CarDon & Associates as general counsel. He will work out of the Fishers office.

Kiamesha Colom has joined the real estate and environmental group at Benesch.

Holiday Banta and Troy Cole have joined Ice Miller as partners in the intellectual property group.

Appointments and Elections
Nicolas Terry has been appointed the Hall Render Professor of Law at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and serves as the co-director of the Hall Center for Law and Health.

B. Ronan Johnson, an associate at Taft Stettinius & Hollister, has been elected to the executive board of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. He has also joined the board of directors of Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana.

Daniel P. McInerny, partner at Bose McKinney & Evans, has been elected to the Progress House board of directors.

Craig M. McKee, of Wilkinson Goeller Modesitt Wilkinson & Drummy in Terre Haute, has been appointed vice chair of the search committee for the dean of Washington National Cathedral.

Constance R. Lindman, a shareholder at Stewart & Irwin in Indianapolis, has been named to the board of directors of Art with a Heart.

Scott Chinn, a partner at Faegre Baker Daniels in Indianapolis, has been sworn in as 134th president of the Indianapolis Bar Association.

Mary Foley Panszi, an attorney at Lewis Wagner in Indianapolis, has been appointed to the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals’ 2012 Public Education Advisory Panel.

Awards and Honors
Ross E. Rudolph and Joseph H. Langerak IV, lawyers with Rudolph Fine Porter & Johnson in Evansville, received awards during the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana’s annual meeting. Rudolph was named 2011 Diplomat of the Indiana Defense Trial Counsel. Langerak was named the Indiana Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year.

New Firms/Locations
Reichel IP, which focuses on intellectual property law, has opened in downtown Indianapolis.

Steve Williams has opened Williams Law Firm, which focuses on personal injury and business trials, has opened in Terre Haute.

Lorie A. Brown, a registered nurse and attorney, has started The Nurse Protection Association, a membership organization for nurses to learn how to protect their license from malpractice and license discipline.

Thomas M. Green has opened a law office in Carmel focusing on dissolution of marriage and paternity matters.•
