The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, Indianapolis Lawyers Division Chapter, will host a lunchtime speaker at noon March 29 at the Conrad Indianapolis, Hong Kong Room, 50 W. Washington St.

John O. McGinnis, George C. Dix Professor in Constitutional Law at Northwestern University Law School, will present a lecture, “The Case against Public Sector Unions.”

The cost to attend is $20 for Federalist Society members, students and government employees and $25 for non-members. Cash or check payment only will be accepted at the door, and one hour of continuing legal education credit is available, pending approval.
