Indiana Chief Justice Brent Dickson has signed an order amending Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 26 on the disciplinary commission and proceedings.

The title of Section 26 is now “Duties of Disbarred or Suspended Attorneys, and Attorneys who have Resigned.” Language has been added dictating that an attorney whose resignation from the bar has been accepted pursuant to Section 17 of Rule 23 shall comply with the provisions of Section 26 applicable to a disbarred attorney.

The amendment takes effect Jan. 1, 2013.
