The Judicial Council of the 7th Circuit is accepting applications for a bankruptcy judge position in the Southern District of Indiana. Chief Judge James K. Coachys is retiring in September 2014 at the end of his 14-year term.

The judge will be based in Indianapolis but must be willing to travel to other locations within the 7th Circuit to handle cases as need arises. Applications may be obtained from the clerk of the Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District or the clerk of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, or online at http://www.ca7.uscourts.gov/hr/judgeships.htm.
