The Indiana Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments Thursday at Indiana University – South Bend.

In the case, Rodney Nicholson v. State of Indiana, No. 55A01-1005-CR-251, Rodney Nicholson is appealing his conviction in Morgan Superior Court of Class C felony stalking. Nicholson’s attorney, Scott Knierim, is expected to challenge the sufficiency of evidence to support the conviction, arguing that the court improperly admitted evidence of Nicholson’s prior bad acts.

The arguments begin at 2:30 p.m. in Northside Hall. After the arguments have been heard, the audience may ask questions about the judicial process.
