The Indiana Supreme Court will visit New Albany Thursday to hear arguments in a case involving Rolls-Royce Corp.

Arguments in Dalmas Anyango, et al. v. Rolls-Royce Corp., et al., No. 49A04- 1011-CT-679, begin at 5 p.m. in the Grand Theatre, 138 E. Market St., New Albany. Dalmas Anyango’s son was killed in a helicopter crash in British Columbia. The plaintiffs filed a wrongful death action in the Marion Superior Court against the manufacturers of the helicopter, engine and engine’s components. The trial court granted Rolls-Royce’s motion to dismiss on grounds of forum non conveniens. The Court of Appeals affirmed.

The arguments are open to the public, but seating is limited.
