The Chuck Klein Lawyers Softball League will kick off its 2012 season with a mandatory managers meeting at 6:30 p.m. May 3 at Kuntz Soccer Complex, 1502 W. 16th St., Indianapolis.

Teams must include five people who are attorneys, law clerks, law students or family members of attorneys. Players do not need to be from the same firm, and while the league is coed, teams are not required to be coed.

Games will begin on May 10 and occur on Thursdays through mid-August. Start times are between 6:40 p.m. and 9 p.m., and all games are played at the Chuck Klein Softball Complex, 4702 Rockville Road, Indianapolis.

The registration fee for each team is $550, which covers all costs for the season.
