The Indiana Supreme Court added no cases to its docket, according to the report on transfer action for the week ending Sept. 7.

Justices denied transfer in 13 cases, including six criminal cases.

Among those the justices denied appeal was Stephen Duane Rush v. State of Indiana, 48A02-1112-CR-1091. Rush was convicted of murder and three counts of attempted murder and sentenced to 149 years in prison after running over several people while driving an SUV outside an Anderson tavern in August 2010.
