Former Indiana Justice Frank Sullivan Jr., now a professor at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, will reflect on his experiences while on the Indiana Supreme Court at a Jan. 30 lecture at the law school.
Sullivan was a justice for nearly 19 years when he left the bench to join IU McKinney School of Law in 2012. He will focus on the lessons he learned while on the bench and will touch on topics such as judicial selection and state constitutional adjudication.
The lecture is part of the law school’s “Graduate Studies Lecture Series.” The lecture, which is free and open to the public, begins at 4:30 p.m. in the Wynne Courtroom in Inlow Hall. A reception will follow at 5:30 p.m. in the atrium.
