Marion Superior Judge Cynthia Ayers is holding public hearings today and Thursday regarding the proposed local rule, 49-TR85-231, which would require mandatory mediation for mortgage foreclosure cases in Marion County.

The hearings are at 4 p.m. in Civil 4, W-442, in the City-County Building, 200 E. Washington St., Indianapolis.

The last day for public comment is Feb. 20 with an effective date of Feb. 23. Comments should be sent to Court Administrator Glenn Lawrence at [email protected] or Office of the Court Administrator, Marion County Circuit and Superior Courts, 200 E. Washington St., Ste. T-1221, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
