President names former deputy sheriff for U.S. Marshal

President Barack Obama nominated Myron M. Sutton, a former deputy sheriff in Newton County in 1998-2007, as United States
Marshal for the Northern District of Indiana. Sutton is a special investigator with the Indiana, Illinois, Iowa Foundation
for Fair Contracting. He attended the School of Police Staff & Command at Northwestern University, and is a certified
law enforcement instructor through the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy.
