U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark J. Dinsmore received his robe and took the official oath of office on Feb. 25 at an investiture ceremony in the Birch Bayh Federal Building in Indianapolis. This ceremonial beginning follows the August selection of the former Barnes & Thornburg partner to succeed Jane Magnus-Stinson, who was elevated to an Article III judgeship. Chief Judge Richard Young (far right) administers the oath and Judge William Lawrence observes.•
