The Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic is looking for attorneys to volunteer during the 2012 Indy Homeless Connect event April 11 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.

At the event, those who are homeless will have access to services including housing, health screenings and legal aid. Attorneys are needed who can provide legal advice concerning expungement; divorce; identity theft; criminal law; housing; license issues; family law; consumer and bankruptcy issues; Social Security Supplemental Security Income and Social Security disability; and Medicaid and Medicare.

Two shifts are available: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Lawyers who would like to volunteer are asked to contact Noel McClain at [email protected] by March 9.
