Finds Huck has not shown by a preponderance of the evidence that he is likely to succeed on the merits. Also finds the trial court, therefore, abused its discretion in issuing a preliminary injunction. Vacates the preliminary injunction and remands for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. Chief Justice Loretta Rush concurs in the judgment with separate opinion. Justice Christopher Goff dissents with separate opinion. Reina Isom, 47, was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison and ordered to pay restitution. Authorities say her crimes occurred while she was living in Muncie.
