23-2833
Civil. Appeal from the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, South Bend Division. Judge Philip Simon. Also finds the district court correctly dismissed the trust’s claim for use of Dr. Sumrall’s right of publicity for failing to plead the required half-ownership.
