The Indiana Supreme Court has determined what kind of “contact” a convicted child molester can have without violating probation.In the court’s 4-1 decision April 2 in Theron W. Hunter v. Northern District seeks comment on local rule

The U.S. District Court for Northern District of Indiana is accepting public comment on the revision of Local Rule 72.1 – again. The Local Rules Advisory Committee recommended the revision of the local rule and had a period of public comment. Due to a clerical error, the revision of the rule wasn’t completed.
