Finds that evidence established that the coercive intervention of the court is necessary until the mother demonstrates her ability to provide appropriate care for the child’s special medical needs over an extended period of time. Also finds the trial court was reasonably concerned about the mother’s long-term ability to meet the child’s medical and nutritional needs given her historical inability to do so.
