Affirms Martell Flippins’ conviction by jury trial in Lake Superior Court of murder and the finding that he used a firearm in the commission of the crime as a sentence enhancement, which resulted in an aggregate sentence of 70 years. Findsthat the search warrants for Fliippins’ iPhone and Facebook account were supported by probable cause and the trial court did not abuse its discretion in admitting the evidence discovered as a result of the search warrants.
