Mortgage foreclosure. Affirms LaPorte Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Thorne’s grant of summary judgment to the Willow Lake Estates Home Owners Association, Inc. and the trial court’s denial of Andy Sandoval’s motion to correct error. Finds the HOA demonstrated that it was entitled to judgment as a matter of law and that no genuine issues of material fact exist. Also finds the trial court properly granted summary judgment to the HOA and did not abuse its discretion by denying Sandoval’s motion to correct error. Attorney for appellant: Connor Nolan.
