The Indiana Supreme Court has appointed Indianapolis attorney Jane H. Conley as Judge Pro Tempore in Marion Superior Court, according to a Feb. 16 order posted on the court’s website this week.
Starting Tuesday, Judge Conley will preside over the Marion County Traffic Court while Judge William E. Young serves his 30-day unpaid suspension. Judge Young is scheduled to return to the bench March 24.
