Nicole Kingrey v. Michael Kingrey (mem. dec.)
18A-DR-533
Domestic relation. Affirms the Harrison Circuit Court’s decision awarding sole physical and legal custody of minor child B.K. to father, Michael Kingrey. Finds the trial court did not abuse its discretion or err in modifying custody.

In the Matter of the Involuntary Termination of the Parent-Child Relationship of E.S. and G.S. (Minor Children) and S.S. (Mother), et al. v. The Indiana Department of Child Services (mem. dec.)
18A-JT-196
Juvenile termination. Affirms the Dearborn Circuit Court’s order involuntarily terminating the parental rights of S.S. and K.M. to their minor children E.S. and G.S. Finds there is sufficient evidence the termination is in the best interests of E.S. and G.S.

Mark B. Howard v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
49A04-1711-CR-2601
Criminal. Affirms Mark Howard’s 25-year sentence for conviction of Level 1 felony attempted murder, Level 2 felony burglary, Level 6 felony intimidation and Level 5 felony carrying a handgun without a license. Finds Howard’s argument that the Marion Superior Court erred by altering the conditions of his bail is moot. Finds his sentence is not inappropriate given the nature of the offense and his character.
