The Indiana Supreme Court has appointed Shelby Circuit Judge Charles O’Connor as the hearing officer in the disciplinary matter
against Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi.
Charges filed against Brizzi Oct. 1 allege he made statements that went beyond the public informational purpose and prejudiced
a pair of cases. He’s charged with violating Indiana Professional Conduct Rules 3.6 and 3.8(f).
