The Pro Bono Publico Award is given to volunteer attorneys who help residents access the justice system and promote the efforts of the state's pro bono system.
The Law-Related Education Award recognizes lawyers, law firms, and bar organizations for excellence in providing information that educates the public on the law and legal system.
Nominations are due Sept. 3 and the nomination form can be found on the IBF's Web site. Nominations may be mailed to Indiana Bar Foundation, 230 E. Ohio St., Suite 400, Indianapolis IN 46204; faxed to (317) 269-2420; or e-mailed to [email protected]. The awards will be given in conjunction with the Randall T. Shepard Award Dinner Nov. 6 at the state bar association's annual fall meeting in Indianapolis.
