The Marion County Prosecutor's Office will ask that Allen Circuit Judge Thomas Felts' driver's license be suspended following the results of a blood test. The prosecutor's office received the results this morning, which showed Judge Felts' blood alcohol level was 0.19 when he was tested July 18.
