The United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana has amended its Local Rule 65.2 – Motions for Preliminary Injunctions and Temporary Restraining Orders. The amendment, which takes effect Jan. 1, clarifies when briefing is required and when it is optional. The amendments can be viewed on the Southern District's Web site.
