The Indiana Supreme Court has released the interview times for the nine semi-finalists for the justice position opening up
this fall.

Boone Circuit Judge Steven H. David will be the first semi-finalist interviewed, beginning at 8:45 a.m. July 30. Applicants
will be interviewed for 30 minutes. Bloomington attorney Kiply S. Drew is the final interviewee at 2:15 p.m.

The Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission will then begin executive session deliberations at 3 p.m. After the executive
session, they will take a public vote after deliberations with the three finalists’ names being given to Gov. Mitch
Daniels for appointment. The governor has 60 days to choose the next justice.
