IBA: Marion Superior Court E-Filing Hitting Stride

Launched in mid-May, the Marion Superior Court E-filing program is available for mortgage foreclosure and collection cases. After hosting training for court staff and interested attorneys and law firm staffers, the program is seeing use.

Russ Hofer of LexisNexis File & Serve, which manages the technology on behalf of the Superior Court, reports that since commencement 300 new cases have been initiated, 1,864 documents have been filed, and 10,000 pages have been filed.
