The Indiana Court of Appeals has rescheduled the oral argument set for Tuesday, Feb. 1, in Indianapolis. Robert L. Clark Jr. and Debra Clark v. Robert L. Clark Sr., No. 01A02-1007-CT-759, has been moved to Feb. 22. A winter storm is expected to hit Indiana late Monday through Wednesday, bringing the chance of heavy snow, ice, and high winds.
