The annual fee for participating as a lawyer panelist is $250.
Fees earned by LRS attorneys from referred cases have ranged from several million dollars to a few thousand, with the average fees generated per attorney reaching nearly $5,000.
LRS pre-screens more than 40,000 callers each year, and more than 16,000 referrals are given annually.
LRS now offers attorneys a convenient online reporting format that saves time and expedites the reporting process.
Referrals are made to LRS panel members on a rotating basis.
All IndyBar attorney members in good standing with the Indiana Supreme Court holding $1,000,000 of professional liability insurance are eligible for LRS panel enrollment.
As a membership benefit, LRS participation is limited to IndyBar attorney members only.•
