The Indiana Court of Appeals will be in Evansville April 4 to hear an appeal regarding methamphetamine convictions.

In Edward Godby v. State of Indiana, No. 69A01-1009-CR-504, Edward Godby's attorney is expected to challenge whether Godby’s wife’s consent to search a garage and locked box was valid, and whether he was subject to double jeopardy. Godby’s convictions were based in part on the items found in the locked box.

A panel of judges will hear the argument at 1 p.m. CDT at USI’s University Center, Carter Hall D.
