Indiana’s courts will be closed Thursday in honor of Thanksgiving. However, some court offices will be available to handle emergencies on Friday.

The United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Indiana, will staff phone lines Friday to handle any emergencies. For specific contact numbers, see the court’s press release.

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Indiana, announced that the new version of its case management/electronic case filing system – CM/ECF Version 4.2 – will go live on Nov. 28. Beginning 7 a.m. Nov. 26, the current CM/ECF will be unavailable in order to complete the upgrade to version 4.2.
