The IndyBar’s Judicial Excellence Political Action Committee (JEPAC) released the results of its recent judicial evaluation survey of 2012 candidates for Marion Superior Court. The survey posed a series of statements, culminating in a final statement, “I recommend (candidate’s name) for judicial office.”

The responses to this final statement as well as the statistical information for all survey questions are posted for all candidates on the JEPAC web site, www.indyjudges.org . The site also contains biographical information for the 2012 candidates for Marion County Circuit and Superior courts. Three individuals withdrew their candidacy before the completion of the survey; John Boyce, Rom Byron and Steven Rubick, so final results were not published for them.

JEPAC is a non-partisan, not-for-profit corporation formed by the Indianapolis Bar Association with the charge of conducting non-partisan surveys of Marion County judicial candidates and publicizing survey results to promote the fair and effective selection of qualified judicial candidates.•
