The fee for electronic public access through the Public Access to Court Electronic Records System increases to 10 cents per page April 1. The 2-cent fee increase was approved in response to increasing costs for maintaining and enhancing the system. In addition, PACER users who do not accrue more than $15 in charges in a quarterly billing cycle will not be charged a fee.
