The filing fee for a Chapter 11 case in the United States Bankruptcy Court in Indiana is now $1,213. The fee change went into effect Nov. 21.

An order signed Nov. 9 by Chief Bankruptcy Judge James K. Coachys in the Southern District of Indiana outlines the number and amount of installments regarding Chapter 7, 11, 12 and 13 bankruptcies. The order replaces General Order 11-0004.

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana also has included a notice on its fees on the court’s website. Petition fees also increased to $1,213 for Chapter 9 and Chapter 15 cases in that court.

Some motion fees also increased in the Northern District.
