Zoning can be a particularly emotional experience for land owners impacted by proposed changes to their land caused by developers, local businesses, environmental issues and roadway issues, just to name a few. Take a few minutes of your time and listen to leading land use/zoning attorney Brian Touhy give you some practical pointers on how to navigate the zoning process with civility in “Civility and Professionalism in Zoning/Land Use Issues.”

How can you be sensitive to neighbors’ concerns while at the same time pursuing the zoning agenda of your client? Brian gives insight into that question, and others, in this installment of Pause for Professionalism. He will also provide techniques on how to deal with citizen board members, neighborhood associations and inquiries from neighborhood members.

New videos will be distributed regularly and are available on the IndyBar website at indybar.org/videos.•
