The Judicial Council of the 7th Circuit is inviting the public and members of the bar to comment as to whether U.S. Bankruptcy Chief Judge Robert E. Grant of the Northern District of Indiana should be reappointed to a new 14-year term.

Grant has applied for reappointment after his current term expires Aug. 16, 2015.

Comments must be sent in writing by Sept. 30 to Collins T. Fitzpatrick, Circuit executive, Judicial Council of the 7th Circuit, 219 S. Dearborn St., Room 2780, Chicago, IL 60604.
