The federal court for the Southern District of Indiana will accept comments through the end of November on proposed rule changes pertaining to filing under seal and non-electronic filing.

The court announced the proposed rule changes on its website Oct. 31 and will accept comments through Nov. 30.  The proposed changes would affect Local Rules 5.1(d)(2), 5.3(e), 5-11, and Local Criminal Rule 49-1-2. 

Comments may be submitted by email to [email protected] or mailed to Local Rule Comments, Office of the Clerk, 105 U.S. Courthouse, 46 E. Ohio St., Indianapolis, IN 46204. Questions may be referred to Southern District Clerk Laura Briggs at 317-229-3705.
