He will be part of the litigation and intellectual property groups, and concentrate his practice in domestic and international data security and privacy, along with intellectual property litigation and government investigations.

*Josh Minkler has been sworn in as the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana.

*Geoffrey G. Slaughter, Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, Indianapolis, has been elected president of the board of the Indiana Bar Foundation and will serve a one-year term. Kenneth J. Allen, Kenneth J. Allen Law Group, Valparaiso, has been elected president-elect and Amy K. Noe, Amy Noe Law, Richmond, has been elected secretary. In addition, William F. Satterlee III, Valparaiso; Anthony M. Stites, Fort Wayne; and David Guerrettaz, Evansville, have been elected as new board members. Re-appointed board members include Seamus P. Boyce, Noblesville; Amy K. Noe; Carl A. Hayes, Indianapolis; and Bruce D. Jones, Indianapolis.

 

Larry L. Morris has been selected as the new court administrator for the Indiana Court of Appeals, effective Oct. 1. He will succeed Steve Lancaster, who will retire in September after 20 years in the position.
