Civil. Affirms ruling there was no demand futility in three transactions which sold holdings to Biglari Holdings CEO Sardar Biglari.

Criminal. Affirms 55-year-sentence in the Department of Correction for Harley Sims for murder.

Samantha J. Perez v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms probation revocation for Samantha Perez and order that she serve the balance of her suspended three-year sentence in the Department of Correction.

Civil plenary. Affirms Erie Insurance’s motion for summary judgment and subsequent ruling in Erie’s favor for $2,368.63

Criminal. Affirms Porter Superior Court’s denial of Barrientos’ motion to suppress evidence in his controlled substance case.
