Criminal. Affirms denial of Edwin Guzman’s motion to correct error following his conviction as a habitual traffic offender, a Level 6 felony.

Matthew McKinnon v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Post conviction. Affirms denial of Matthew McKinnon’s petition for post-conviction relief.

Robert Ramon White v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms Robert White’s conviction for intimidation as a Class A misdemeanor but reverses his conviction for neglect of a child as a Level 6 felony, as there was not enough evidence to sustain his conviction. Remands for resentencing. Judge Rudolph Pyle dissents, noting he thinks there is enough evidence to sustain the neglect conviction.

Adoption. Affirms denial of stepfather’s adoption petition.
