Criminal. Reverses trial court ruling that merged the convictions of Class D felony dealing in marijuana and Class D felony possession of marijuana, and holds the court erred in finding Mason both indigent and requiring him to pay a public defender fee. Remands with instructions to correct the sentencing order by vacating the marijuana possession conviction, and to clarify whether Mason is indigent or responsible for the public defender fee.
