In the Matter of: Harold E. Bean
Discipline. Disbars Bean for engaging in attorney misconduct while the elected clerk-treasurer of the town of Warren Park. He pleaded guilty to theft and official misconduct as Class D felonies after writing dozens of checks to himself from town funds.

Steven A. Bedford v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms convictions of Class B felony aggravated battery and Class D felony child solicitation. Remands with instructions to correct the abstract of judgment.

Jerald Clark, III v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms 8 ½ year sentence for Level 6 felonies auto theft with habitual offender enhancement, resisting law enforcement with habitual offender enhancement and operating a vehicle while privileges are suspended; Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement; and two counts of Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident with bodily injury. Remands the sentencing order for clarification and correction.

Eris Joshua Wallace v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms conviction of Level 6 felony possession of cocaine and the revocation of Wallace’s probation and suspended sentence.
