A plea agreement has been reached for a former Indianapolis-area teacher's aide facing child seduction charges.

The Greenfield Daily Reporter says the agreement calls for Kisha Nuckols to plead guilty to one count of felony child seduction and serve no more than two years of a four-year sentence. The remaining time will be spent on probation. She's due in court Monday.

The Associated Press left a message seeking comment from defense lawyer James McNew.

The 38-year-old was arrested in April and faced three counts of child seduction as well as a count of dissemination of material harmful to minors, a charge related to allegations she sent nude photos to a student.

Nuckols was a teacher's aide, lifeguard and substitute teacher for the Mount Vernon School District northeast of Indianapolis.
