United States of America v. Justin Wykoff
Appeal from U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division. Judge Tanya Walton Pratt.
Criminal. Affirms restitution order, with payments beginning immediately, stemming from Wykoff's conviction of wire fraud charges for getting bribes and kickbacks as a city employee. Rejects Wykoff's arguments that restitution should be stayed until he is released.

Juvenile termination of parental rights. Remands with instructions to provide more specific findings of fact and conclusions of law to support the termination of N.R.G.’s parental rights to her daughter, N.G.

Juvenile paternity. Affirms Posey Circuit Court’s order granting primary physical custody of the minor child, E.O. to the father, Joseph O’Neil. The mother, Cheyenne Vancamp, had appealed the order.

Domestic relations. Affirms Vanderburgh Superior Court’s division of the marital estate of Claudette Branson and Malcolm D. Branson following the dissolution of their marriage.
