Civil. Affirms jury finding in favor of CSX Transportation Inc. Finds that Chance Kelham’s back pain existed before his on-the-job fall.

Mental health. Affirms J.M.’s involuntary mental health commitment. Finds that on the merits of J.M.’s argument, there was sufficient evidence to support her temporary commitment.

Post conviction. Affirms the denial of Kenneth D. Alvies’ petition for post-conviction relief. Finds that Alvies’ trial and appellate counsel were not ineffective. Finds that Alvies’ freestanding claims of error are foreclosed from the Court of Appeals’ review on appeal.
