Indiana Court of Appeals
Damon Hohman v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms Damon Hohman’s convictions for criminal confinement as a Level 3 felony and battery by means of a deadly weapon as a Level 5 felony. Finds that the evidence is sufficient to sustain the convictions and that Hohman’s convictions do not violate the prohibition against double jeopardy.

Holly A. Jen v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)
Criminal. Affirms Holly A. Jen’s sentence to 10 years in the Indiana Department of Correction with two years suspended to probation after her participation in the Allen County Drug Court Program was revoked and her guilty plea for six charges was accepted.
