Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, Indianapolis Division. Judge Sarah Evans Barker.
Criminal. Affirms Deandre Armour’s conviction for aiding and abetting using or carrying and/or brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence but vacates the sentence on that count and remands for resentencing. Affirms the district court’s decision to sentence Armour as a career offender.

Damon Hohman v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)

Criminal. Affirms Damon Hohman’s convictions for criminal confinement as a Level 3 felony and battery by means of a deadly weapon as a Level 5 felony. Finds that the evidence is sufficient to sustain the convictions and that Hohman’s convictions do not violate the prohibition against double jeopardy.

Holly A. Jen v. State of Indiana (mem. dec.)

Criminal. Affirms Holly A. Jen’s sentence to 10 years in the Indiana Department of Correction with two years suspended to probation after her participation in the Allen County Drug Court Program was revoked and her guilty plea for six charges was accepted. Finds that Jen’s sentence is not inappropriate in light of the nature of her offenses and her character.
